Tensor for agencies

The AI operator that runs your agency’s admin.

Big-company automation, without the big-company budget.

Tensor spots client requests that go beyond the contract and drafts the change order, writes the Monday updates from your reports, turns call notes into proposals and follows them up, in the tools you already use. It checks with you before anything goes out, and does the work around your ads, never in them.

01 · Why it pays off

Extras, updates and proposals eat the billable week.

A small extra here, a client update there, a proposal that goes quiet. A few minutes each, hours every week, and the hours nobody bills are the ones that hurt.

Call at 4, proposal at 9.

  1. After a 4 pm call, Tensor drafts the proposal from your call notes, your last three winning proposals and your rate card.
  2. You change two lines and approve it, and it goes out at 9 the next morning.
  3. On day 3 it sends a case study and on day 7 it asks for a decision. Once the client signs, the kickoff begins.

The result: you get the evening back, and no proposal goes quiet.

02 · What it handles

Hand it the work you repeat most.

Each one is work your team does by hand today, across client email, the reports and PDFs you’re sent, your documents and your spreadsheets. Pick one to see Tensor do it.

Handling extra client requests

Checks each client request against the contract and the month’s hours, tells you when it’s extra, and drafts the change order from your template.

03 · What Tensor can do

Your back office, without the busywork.

  • Picks up client requests and inquiries as they arrive, nights and weekends too.

  • Anything beyond the contract, unclear or over budget comes to you first.

  • For every job, see what it read, what it changed and who approved it.

05 · You stay in charge

Nothing goes to a client until you say so.

Tensor checks with you before it sends an update, a change order or a proposal. Once you trust it, let it send the routine updates on its own, within limits you set. It never touches your ad accounts.

  • Your passwords are never shown to the AI
  • Your business’s data is kept separate from everyone else’s

06 · Getting started

No setup project. Just plain English.

  1. Pick a ready-made automation. Tensor asks only what it needs: your contracts, your proposal template and your report emails.
  2. Or describe it. Tell Tensor what you want done, in a sentence, like “Every Monday, write each client a five-line update from last week’s report.” It shows you its plan before it starts.
  3. Or teach it. Show Tensor a task on a website once, like saving an approved blog post as a draft on a client’s website, and it learns the steps. Nothing to install.

After you sign up, Tensor sets up your first automation with you, and help is one message away.

07 · Start from a ready-made automation

Ready-made for agencies.

Pick one, and Tensor sets it up on your own accounts once you approve.

  • Overdue invoice reminders

Drafts a polite reminder for each invoice past due and not reminded in the last 7 days, and notes the date in your invoice sheet.

  • Log new leads and draft a reply

Logs each new client inquiry in your leads sheet and drafts a reply that asks for a short call.

  • Weekly client updates

Drafts each client's weekly update from your results sheet, with their numbers, the change from last week and the week's note.

And more: Tensor sets up whatever work you describe, in your own tools.

08 · Works in your tools

The tools you already use.

Your inbox, your calendar, your spreadsheets and the reports and PDFs you’re sent, and the websites you use, in its own browser: you show it the steps once. Your project and CRM tools are set up with you. Your ad accounts stay yours.

09 · Questions

Questions, answered.

Does it manage our ads?

No. It does the office work around them: client updates from your reports, pacing warnings, ad invoices checked against your rebill spreadsheet. It never signs in to an ad account or changes a campaign.

Will it email clients without me?

No. Each update, change order and proposal waits for you, and goes out only once you approve it. Once you trust a routine one, you can let it send within limits you set.

Does it work with our project and CRM tools?

If you use a tool in a web browser, show Tensor a task there once, and it does it that way from then on. Tools with a connection for other apps are set up with you.

Does it send invoices or take payments?

It can remind clients about late invoices from your invoice spreadsheet. It never takes or moves money, and invoicing from your accounting software is set up with you.
